Thank you for choosing to report anonymously. We understand that this might be a difficult time for you, and we want to help connect you to support that you might need.
Choosing to report anonymously means we can’t contact you directly after receiving the report however support information will be provided upon completion of the form. The information you give us today will help us to provide better support to others and inform prevention work across LSE. Reporting anonymously is less likely to lead to formal action being taken, however all anonymous reports are reviewed and targeted interventions may sometimes be appropriate.
If you would like to speak to someone, or need direct support or guidance, or would like a formal investigation to take place, please choose to speak to an adviser.
If you are feeling unsure whether to report anonymously or with contact details, need support with completing this online form or would like to report in-person, please see here: Tell someone about an incident.
Your data is important to us. We won't collect or store any information that goes against our privacy policy.
